1. "Inspect Before You Pay" Service
We provide a secure delivery process that allows you to verify your order before completing the payment:

On-Site Inspection: You have the right to open the package and inspect the clothing, embroidery quality, and sizing in the presence of the courier.

Immediate Rejection: If the product does not meet your expectations or the fit is not correct, you may decline the shipment immediately and return it with the courier at no cost.
2. Reporting Issues (24-Hour Window)
If you accept the delivery and later discover a technical defect or an issue that was missed during the initial inspection:

Notification: You must notify us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the item.

3. 7-Day Return Policy
After the initial 24-hour reporting window, you still have the right to a return under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Item Condition: Clothing must be returned in its original state—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, perfumes, or alterations made after delivery.
