1. The Right to Inspect: We do not expect you to pay for what you haven't seen. You have the full right to open your package upon delivery, inspect the fabric quality, the precision of the stitching, and the fit before making any payment.

2. Payment upon Satisfaction:

• Once you are satisfied with the product, payment is made directly to the delivery agent.

• If the product does not meet your expectations or the size is not right during inspection, you may return it with the courier immediately at no further obligation.

3. Final Sale Policy: Since we provide the opportunity to inspect and try the garment before the transaction is finalized, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the payment is completed and the courier has departed. This ensures a transparent and definitive agreement between us.

4. Our Guarantee: We guarantee that the item you inspect at your doorstep is exactly what was promised on our platform—crafted with the dignity and quality that the Ubay man deserves.
